Having had a similar illness in 2009, I have found the present service to be much improved, especially in terms of waiting time. Maria has been fantastic - which has helped me move forward.

Dear 'GA2013',

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback via Patient Opinion.

Since 2009 our service has expanded considerably and we now have many more trained therapists offering appointments which has significantly reduced our waiting times. Now the majority of people have their first appointment within weeks of being referred by their GP. I'm pleased to hear that these changes have improved your experience of our service.

I will make sure that your positive feedback is passed on to the rest of the staff team - esp. Maria.
