About: Royal Shrewsbury Hospital / Oral surgery

(as the patient),

Today I had a tongue biopsy. I want to say how lovely all the staff were, without exception. Everyone who I met or saw there was welcoming, smiling and just nice.

Mr Macbean, the doctor who did my biopsy, was very gentle and careful and again just nice.

The Maxillo facial department was brilliant and gave me excellent care.

Thank you so much for taking the time and trouble to share your experience, and how lovely all the staff were. This can be an anxious time and if the people providing our care offer compassion and understanding then this goes such a long way to make us feel comfortable about our treatment.
