What I liked
Scotter ward specialises in treating patients that have had falls or strokes. The staff are very kind and friendly. cleanliness is of the highest order throughout.
My Mother received physiotherapy on the first day which helped her confidence.
The day room has been refurbished recently. The furniture is very comfortable. This is also the dining room.
What could be improved
Considering the ward mainly has elderly patients that need a great deal of time consuming care, There is nothing that is honestly deserving of critisism!
