I recently had to have a hysterectomy and a vaginal repair procedure at west cumberland hospital and thankfully I was referred here because Carlisle hospital could not do the operation! I have to say a big thank you to all the hospital staff at the hospital because they could have not been nicer. From the moment I entered the ward until the time I left I felt completely at ease and nothing was too much trouble for the nurses in Skiddaw ward.
