"Care can be good or poor."

(as the patient),

Twice previously I had pretty good care and was kept informed and sent some goodies in for staff with thanks. Twice this year the care was very poor and I was in loads of pain both times.

Surely it is only right to give true report on care good or poor. Perhaps if care is required again I will get good care.
