"Poor medical care, poor management, poor customer care"

About: Royal Preston Hospital / Cardiology

(as a carer),

I am a carer for a severely disabled person who suffers amongst other things with chronic heart failure. For unknown reasons this person was refused care by one of the consultants at Royal Preston. I made complaints to the chief executive and customer care team, but they refuse to this day to reply.
