What I liked

i attended leicester general for a fistula to be performed i was very let down on the day i did complain direct which was listenened to and dealt with promptley and operation went ahead the next week as i was told if we dont tell them then they cant inprove and feel so lucky to be near and to be treated there and contact and help is there 24/7 if needed i for one am grateful for all they do as other units i have heard seem so much slower i trust the leicester general hundred per cent
