What I liked

I have now been to the general a few times as i am pregnant and am having problems in the late stage. I have been treated with respect by all nurses and midwife's and cannot fault them in any way. They have been professional at all times, ensuring that i was looked after properly. If at any time, i have been kept waiting, they were quick to apologise, but at the same time, did not rush with me. The work the nurses/midwife's do is amazing and i'm looking forward to having my baby at the general. Thank you to all the staff in the delivery unit and ward 31 - you were all so nice and the backbone of the NHS.

What could be improved

Whilst i understand that Doctors have a job to do, but why are they so cold.
