Received excellent care on ward 7a staff and the ward sister was so caring exactly what you expect from nurses. They worked short staffed a lot but nothing was a chore. I watched dementia patients verbal abuse, punch and kick staff and despite complaints about noise they respected these patients and understood it was someone's mum dad sister bother wife husband not just a dementia patient. The cleaners need to learn new songs! keep up the good care!!
