A very big thank you to all who were working in the department this morning. The staff were friendly and approachable, the care was excellent and the respect, dignity and patient-centered care was faultless. I can't thank you all enough. It's the staffing and the care that matters most.

Thank you for your extremely positive feedback and for taking the time to provide it. Your feedback will be sent to the A&E department and shared with the staff, which is such a great motivational tool. It will also be used as a learning tool for what gives our clients good customer service.
