"Excellent Attention in A&E at East Surrey Hospital"

About: East Surrey Hospital / Accident and emergency NHS 111 South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

I had severe abdominal pain during the night that would not go away. My wife called 111 and an ambulance arrived within a few minutes. After an examination I was taken to A&E at East Surrey Hospital arriving at about 6. 30am.

After an assessment I had an X-Ray and a bladder scan, all within minutes of my arrival. I was under the care of Dr Renton Perry who had a pleasant caring competent demeanour. All of the staff were very kind and attentive. The hospital was very clean and a pleasant environment.

I would like to thank everyone at ESH A&E for treating me so well.

I hope you are feeling better now. I am pleased we were able to treat you quickly and efficiently and I will pass on your comment to Dr Perry who I am sure will be pleased to receive it. Keep well and thanks for taking the time to post a comment - we appreciate all feedback. Eloise.
