About: Charing Cross Hospital

Anything else?

I have registered with the Charing cross hospital GP and went for the first time in three years, the dr have seen was patronising and addressed me to A&E where I waited two hours to have another Dr telling me my case did not require any urgent care but I could choose to wait another good two hours or more to get a blood test or go home and take the chance to see my condition getting worse. The way the GP dr and the A&E staff treated me and people around me waiting is way below the standards expected, underminding and dismissive of patient's dignity.
