What I liked

Excellent standard of service from all the nursing staff on ward 32. They cater for the patient's physical and emotional needs in a way that couldn't be bettered even in a private hospital.

Wonderful people doing a difficult job for little pay.

Surgical staff are second to none in skill and care in spite of the great number of patients requiring their attention.

All of the Glenfield hospital nursing and surgical staff are a credit to the service and should be supported with the best pay and working conditions available.

What could be improved

Food could be improved. Other patients seemed to enjoy it, but I found it rather too 'well travelled'.
