I have just attended the opthalmology department after being referred by my optician. The receptionist greeted me politely and booked me in efficiently. I waited only a short time to be seen by triage nurse, who explained everything to me very clearly. I was seen by a doctor after a short wait and was very satisfied with my treatment and the friendly, pleasant way I was treated. All the staff appear to work together as a good team and the whole experience was excellent. Long may it last!
