After an accident I've now sampled a&e care outpatient and in patient treatment here. I thing given the population of the area that the hospital is coping well. When busy the staff can lose sight of their goals but they are genuinely caring and wanting to give the best service. Individually they are lovely people.

Thank you for taking the time to post the experience you have had of our services, on this site. Our staff are our main asset at this Trust and we are very proud of the care that they give to our patients. It can be, as you have mentioned, difficult to keep sight of everything during excessively busy times, but whilst prioritising, we hope that our teams continue to demonstrate the kindness that we want for all of our patients. It is always nice when those we care for recognise our strengths and we will ensure these compliments are fed back to the teams that were involved in your care.
