(as a relative),

Mum was moved out of her local area (Salisbury) at short notice so we all have to travel miles to see her. But once there, the care team are clearly giving her lots of TLC despite lots of challenges. Savernake is a great advert for small being better with everyone allowed to deliver what has been missing in the NHS, which is the personal touch.
