I would like to say how well I was received in your department the staff were pleasant and friendly and I have never been seen by a more compassionate and attentive Consultant. I returned home in a much more positive frame of mind having had all of my questions answered fully Thank you once again for listening to my concerns and explaining things to me

Dear Margery, Thank you so much for your kind note. I did reply to you immediately on August 1st but I see this has yet to be posted on the site so I'm having another go ! I am so pleased that during your recent visit to North Tyneside we were able to earn your trust, ease your anxiety and create the healing environment you needed. Returning home, more confident, in control and informed is exactly how we'd want all our patients to feel following time with our doctors.
