Having just returned from gynae day surgery, I want to publicise how extremely impressed I have been with the whole experience, from the initial outpatient appointments right through to the procedure today. Every member of staff has been compassionate, patient and highly professional (and the hospital was clean!) Given the worrrying things we hear about other hospitals, it has been reassuring to see such a fantastic side of the NHS. Barnet residents have a hospital of which we can be proud!

As an organisation we are committed from learning from specific issues and from any mistakes we may have made. Hearing about where we can do better helps us to pinpoint where exactly to make improvements to the service we provide. The Trust is pleased that you had a positive experience whilst using our services and will ensure your feedback is directed to the appropriate manager to disseminate to their staff
