Anything else?
2 months ago I went to the hospital to see a dermatologist. From the moment I stopped the car I was impressed.. cost just one pound for up to two hours parking (instead of at least four pounds at all other hospitals). Then I went to the outpatients reception and the staff were warm and friendly and nobody too busy to help. Then I got so see the dermatologist, and there was only a 5 min delay which again, is impressive. The doctor I saw was kind, friendly, helpful, and also had a sense of humour which I find good to put me at ease. Told me what was wrong with my skin without hesitation and started me on a treatment to sort out my skin problems. Impressive again when I've seen two other specialists who told me there was nothing wrong!! My next appointment was good too - running a little late, but both the nurse and the doctor apologised, again, wow! Great manners and I really appreciated it. Second appointment was informative and again was treated with kindness and respect and best of all, the treatment seems to be working - so this doc knows his stuff. I've been to many hospitals over the years sadly and have been made to feel an inconvenience at times, appointments running very late or cancelled without being told and treatment/diagnosis incorrect. This hospital is by far the best I've been to and seems very professional.
