Was taken in as precaution as needed to check for cardiac issues due to numb arm and chest pain. Every member if staff I came into contact with was professional, caring, attentive and polite. They made me feel safe and valued. They are a credit to Durham and to their profession. Thank you to all staff in A & E, on ward 3 and to the paramedics and ambulance staff!
