"I finally can begin to see some light at the end of the tunnel."

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

Before I started therapy I was so nervous and wasn't sure whether to go. I felt like no one would understand me.

I'm now near the end of my therapy and all I can say is I'm so glad I went and gave it a go. Every therapist I have met as part of Inclusion Matters was great and made me feel like I wasn't alone and I finally can begin to see some light at the end of the tunnel.

I know admitting you are struggling can be hard and at times embarrassing but the people at the service will put you right at ease and do all they can to help. I'd recommend Inclusion Matters and CBT therapy to anyone struggling with OCD or depression because it's completely changed how I feel and showed me that things can improve.
