(as the patient),

Last week I have been taken to the A&E department at Royal Free Hospital as I was suffering from severe pains without any clear reason.

The person on reception was not very pleasant to deal with, however the nurses and doctors were just amazing. I was really impressed by their attention, quality of service and kindness.

Wonderful people working in your A&E department, please send them a big big THANK YOU for being brilliant, caring and professional.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We're pleased you were mostly happy with the care you received. Sorry that you felt the receptionist was not very pleasant. We have fed all your comments back to the team in A&E.
