We were having a rail fitted at the top of our stairs, locala sent someone to do this. They were brilliant, not a long wait for arrival, the man was quick and efficient and friendly. He even cleaned up the mess, which I think is important when people come to fit things, and there was quite a bit of mess as we live in an old house with thick walls
