"Ultrasound Bad Experience"

Having moved from Devon 8 weeks ago and having had my left kidney removed & both adrenal glands due to cancer 2003. I attended Bishop Auckland General Hospital for a follow up to my treatment from Devon NHS. I found the check in reception team very helpful & the lady who assisted my examination. That can't be said for the person who did the ultrasound scan. I found her to be cold, lacking in customer skills & somewhat rude. Having had many CT/MRI Scans, Blood Tests & Ultrasounds, I have been made to feel that the NHS team were doing all they could on my journey in dealing with cancer. The team at Stanhope Surgery have also been excellent. Maybe I was expecting much of the same. I left the hospital feeling somewhat disappointed with my experience today. Perhaps when I visit Urology Department, Richardson Hospital, Barnard Castle middle of August, I will have a better experience. My bad experience today only relates to the person who examined me this morning. Thank You
