The facilities at SBCH are excellent. The waiting areas & toilet facilities are very clean & comfortable. Drinking water is available in the waiting area. Boards opposite the waiting room allow you to see whether the clinic is running to time. All staff were friendly and communicative. The consultant was friendly & patient. I felt like he communicated excatly what he was doing at all times during the examination and was clear about my diagnosis and what would happen next. I would really like to thank him and the whole team for making me feel comfortable and confident in the care i received.
