Every visit to The Alex from the first to undertaking procedure was fantastic. My daughter's Consultant was professional and listened to our concerns without feeling rushed. This has been such a change from using our local hospital, I am so pleased with choosing The Alex. On the day of the procedure all staff were caring and professional.
