My Son was taken to A and E by Emergency Ambulance as he was in severe pain. The Doctor arrived to see him and said "Why are you here you are not part of our area." My Son did not even know which Hospital he had been taken to. He was put into the Assessment Ward lying on a very small sheet that did not cover the rubber mattress and given one pillow about an inch thick. I tried to put the head rest in position but it was broken. He was there for 5 hours before being moved to the ward! Still feel upset 12 months later. Not sure which month but can check if necessary.
