Was admitted for an ORIF following a fall in Rome in which I sustained a four part fracture of my left proximal humerus. Treatment was excellent and seamless. The surgeon did a fantastic job. Anaesthetist minimized pain with a nerve block. Nursing care was caring and competent, food excellent and environment clean. Follow up physio and aftercare was very efficient. A year later I am fully functioning as a worker and grandparent following what I was told at the time was a life changing injury. Am so grateful to the hospital and all those involved in my care.
