Spent two days at this hodpital the nursing staff made it feel like home. I was diagnosed with a ulcer. The keat's ward staff were emotionally attentive and showed absolute professionalism faced with daunting circumstances. I noted the long hours they worked dealing with very difficult cases and yet their natural friendly professionalism was unstinting. I would recommend managers increase support for nurses at Medway before the moral and dynamism of this wonderful team of caring people is eroded. In addition the food was good. thank you Medway john mcdonagh

Thank you for your feedback and personal reflection following your stay on Keats Ward.

I was very encouraged to read that you had witnessed first hand, how very hard all the staff worked to ensure patients received good care and treatment and the difficult situations they are sometimes faced with.

Our staff are ambassadors of the Trust and maintain proffesionalism and pride in all that they do.

A recent Nursing and Midwifery review has hilighted that investment is required which will see staffing levels in some areas increased.

Thank you for recognising the hard work undertaken by all the staff and of course the good food.
