Anything else?
Prior to staying overnight in hospital, my impression was that nurses on wards could be innattentive (based on visiting family members previously in hospital). I pleasantly surprised; nurses were all very friendly, attentive, and explained treatment very well. I felt dignity was respected and overall the visit was excellent.
