I drove my partner here one evening as he was very sick (after getting not a lot of joy from 111 service). Definitely didn't need A&E (and we were avoiding that anyway due to the unnacceptable 4+ hour waits). Not a shred of compassion from the staff on reception and the sign said there was a 2 hour wait - there was one other person in the waiting area as this was at 2am so must have been a quiet period. I kept asking for information on progress but was just told to wait. My partner was getting more and more distressed from pain and the attitude. After 45 minutes a patient came out from the doctors room and the doctor then shut the door - the next patient wasn't asked in. After 90 minutes we left and went to Northampton General A&E instead. Utter disgrace that both MK A&E and this "urgent" care facility fail every resident in MK on pretty much every occasion and every single time my partner or I have had to use them.
