Anything else?
I had a fall and broke my wrist on the Sunday of a Bank Holiday weekend. I was seen very swiftly in A&E by a triage nurse, referred to X ray and received treatment from an experienced nurse who attempted to set the bone. This proved not possible as it was a complex fracture, a doctor was called down from the orthopaedic ward and said it would require operating on. I was admitted immediately and operated on the next day. I was very impressed by the kind and efficient service both in A&E and on the ward, and the care taken to ensure that I would be able to cope when I went home.
