how bad is this hospital??? I have 3 broke bones in my hand, after various cancelled operations on their part and an 8 hour wait to be told they cannot operate for various reasons. sat and waited for 3 hours for my operation today for the surgeon to come and say that they are going to let it heal without inserting pins/plates etc is beyond belief. why could they not of told me that a week ago??
