I went into Ruxley ward as a day case for surgery on my shoulder on July 9th. From the moment I arrived at 7am until I left at 3.45pm I was treated with respect and kindness. When I asked the staff anything they were only too happy to help. My follow up physiotherapy has been very good and I have found the staff very caring and helpful.
