At 70 years of age this was my first visit as an inpatient and I was quite scared of what to expect. I was in hospital for 9 days and was overwhelmed by the efficiency, care and kindness that was shown to me. Everyone from the doctors to the tea ladies were so helpful and I was always consulted and kept informed of my treatment. After leaving as an inpatient I needed to visit the hospital on a twice daily basis and the same level of care continued and still does. I was amazed at the care I had.
