Anything else?
I received first class treatment having a pacemaker implanted. I found all the staff reassuring and competent. The support staff for my overnight stay were most attentive despite a busy time on their ward. I never felt anything but cared for. The tests before I was discharged were carried out efficiently. There is a morning round by doctors who review patients before they are discharged. This is a very busy time and was perhaps more anxious than it need be. The lounge to wait in after discharge is a valuable facility. I needed no medications so was able to be picked up quickly. Of all the services the catering could be improved. My two meals were not at all up to standard. Such a pity as I am sure food has a vital to play in recovery for longer stay.
"Cardiology. A great team well supported"
