i was admitted to Ward 1 recently for a day-case procedure. From the moment I arrived I was treated with respect and consideration by all members of staff with whom I came in contact. The ward staff of all grades, theatre staff and medical staff were remarkable in their prompt and professional attitude. How different from other hospitals. PS The tea and toast was A1 as well!
