Anything else?
I was in the Homerton recently with pneumonia. My treatment by professionals was first class. What let the hospital down badly was a culture of laziness, high-handedness and downright indifference among a small number of nursing staff and auxiliaries. It is a culture which has existed for a long time and those in charge have done nothing about it.
