I was extremely anxious prior to being admitted for clavicle fixation surgery but from the moment I walked through the doors of ward 9, each and every person I came into contact with treated me with such care and affection, and really helped me to feel more relaxed and valued. Nothing was too much trouble, and in all honesty I was sad to leave. That's about the best recommendation I could give!
