We take feedback from patients and visitors very seriously and would encourage people to contact our PALS service so that we can investigate any concerns. Indeed we would welcome the opportunity to discuss the renovations they think are required.

By way of clarification for readers of this comment , Cannock Chase Hospital was built in the early 1990’s so in comparison with other local hospitals it is very new. Over the last 5 years many new services have moved into refurbished accommodation for example, in 2007 two new operating theatres and a Day Ward have been built and in March 2008 the Rheumatology Ward moved into refurbished accommodation.
