"ENT"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

Anything else?

I went to ENT for a camera down the throat at xmas, they damaged my lungs with over use of the freeze spray, I had a heart attack on the 27th dec and suffered from loss of memory and lost all my upper body strength, I have lost over 20 kilos and am sofa bound as the damage to my lungs is crippling me when I move around. they made a appointment for me at ENT, I went on the bus, the journey alone nearly killed me, when I got there they literlay told me sorry your in the wrong dept good bye. I was so ill I had to go n sit in the canteen to recover enough to go home. it must have been obvious that I was ill cause all the general canteen staff were asking me did I need to go to A&E did I need a doctor, n yet not one nurse or doctor showed any concern for me. I went home n on the way home I had to get of the bus n walk as it was to much for me.
