I was seen in A&E within no time at all, taken for an xray and diagnosed with a fractured wrist, treatment given and all the advise and leaflets necessary. I was seen in fracture clinic a couple of days later and the plaster was changed, all advise given again. Follow up appointment was attended, referral to physio and exercise regime given. I could not have asked for any more, from the moment I stepped into A&E I was treated with respect and dignity, all staff were professional and made my experience a positive one
