My son has been and still is being, treated at the Cancer Centre for mouth and throat cancer. He spent around nine weeks staying in hospital in ward 10. He is now at home. We cannot thank the Consultant and his team enough for the fantastic treatment he has had. We, as a family, were also treated with respect and included in all discussions. The staff, from the top doctor to the nurses and down to the lovely man who cleaned his room were just wonderful. It made a very difficult time for him, and for us, so much easier. All of the staff were professional, caring, friendly and a joy to deal with. A special thank you for the Consultant, his team of doctors, speech therapists and dieticians. We just felt that we had to record our great big thank you.
