Waited 1hr and 20mins for an appt with a toddler and baby - noone told me the consultant was running late. I said I was leaving as it was almost 5pm and my baby needed feeding and was asked to wait another five minutes as the consultant would be free then. Ten minutes later I was asked to follow the nurse and I got taken to see a Doctor as the consultant was still busy. The appointment was a complete waste of time and further more I got told another appointment would be sent out (reception was closed) and I am still waiting three weeks later. Appalling.
