Visited A&E after bike accident where I smashed my helmet and have snapped a ligament in shoulder with a prutruding collar bone. I was given pain killer and told to come to fracture clinic in one week no one even looked at my head – I then visited last night as have headaches waited 3 hours and no one came to see me........ Then asked for a reason and got shouted at by the receptionist
