(as the patient),

I have had two knee replacement operations at Heatherwood Hospital in the last year and a half. I just want to say how fantastic the surgeons, doctors and nurses were.

The standard of care was exceptional....every single person I met was professional and compassionate...I would also like to mention the staff who served meals and drinks...they were so kind...especially to older patients.
