What could be improved

the hygene and the staffs attitude. i am a child and i recently had an oporation at stafford hospital and i was told by one doctor when i came round it took 1 hour longer than it should of but i when for a check up afterwards and the doctor told me this was not true so now i dont know what to belive. I was put in Shugbrough childrens ward and the toilet was discraceful the bin was overflowing with dirty nappies. For some reason I was taken to maturnaty and before that they sent me to the wrong theatre. i am clostrphobic so they let me walk to the theatre up the stairs and i lost my bed. and my nurse tried to send me home without any anti-biotics when i was in agony and they made such a thing of taking the drip out of my hand i was sick with digested blood.
