I have to say that my stay in good hope hospital was more like a mini vacation, all of the nursing staff were polite, helpful and easy to get along with. They helped me when I needed it and left me to my own devices when I wanted time alone to relax. The bed I stayed in was extremely comfortable and I was proved with clean sheets daily, extra blankets and pillows and had a choice of a variety of meals. What impressed me the most was the level of care and dedication from the theatre staff, my operation had to be postponed through no fault of the hospital but my surgeon came in a week later during his annual leave, with his amazing theatre team to perform my surgery and the surgery for others who had been cancelled. The waiting period for a new surgery date was a stressful time but the hospital staff who I spoke to on the phone were helpful and reassuring. Overall I was impressed with the whole process and stay in hospital and would highly recommend it if others were given a choice. Thank you so much to all the staff.
