"Terrible atmosphere on ward"

We observed on Saturday terrible behavior by a member of Nursing staff towards a colleague, in fact what could only be called bullying. where one staff nurse went around with another member of staff criticising another sister on duty. The sister that was being bullied, ignored, and openly argued with, was lovely to our mother, and it only made the other sister who was continually trying to undermine their colleague look very unprofessional. with comments like "who does they think they are, they cant tell me what to do, they don't wear a dark blue uniform! this was witnessed not only by myself and husband who were visiting our mother, but by our mother, when taken to the toilet by the sister that was causing trouble and one of their helpers they shut themselves in the private rooms toilet with our mother and continued the moaning! Very unprofessional !!
