"My mum was treated with respect and care"

About: The Princess Royal Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

From the moment I called the ambulance to her discharge from A&E my mum was treated with respect and care.

The dept was clearly busy but my mum was treated in good time. On transfer to Ward 10 she was admitted by a very caring student nurse called Jo who clearly showed compassion, courage & commitment.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback about A&E and Ward 10 at PRH. It is great to hear that your mum was treated well, and a really good sign for the future that the student nurse showed such compassion, courage and commitment.
